Beta terms
The instructor makes the final call.
Last updated August 24, 2026
Draft feedback only
Gradecade produces suggested feedback and scores for instructor review. It does not make official academic decisions. The instructor remains responsible for reading the submission, applying institutional policies, correcting errors, and submitting every final grade.
No accuracy guarantee
AI generated output may be incomplete, incorrect, repetitive, or inconsistent with a rubric. Gradecade must not be the sole basis for a grade, an academic integrity accusation, disciplinary action, admissions, accommodation decisions, or another important educational decision.
Permitted use
You may use the beta for lawful instructional evaluation when you are authorized to handle the submitted work. Do not upload content you lack permission to process. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
Beta availability
Features, paper limits, pricing, and availability may change before general release. The current demonstration may use a local sample feedback engine when the secure AI service is not connected. No paid plan begins until pricing and payment are shown clearly and accepted by the customer.
Institutional rules
Your institution’s rules control whether and how student work may be used with AI tools. Using Gradecade without an LMS login does not replace required institutional approval.
